Coleman Miller: Mandate of a False God

For day one, tell them what they want to hear.
Inspire, shape desire, instill fear.
Do not reveal, do not conceal,
hint at origins, suggest what is real.

Become a reflection of their flaws.
Immortalize mortals, murder gods,
use zealotry to unveil your claws.
Produce boundaries, then defy those odds.

Fabricate Demogorgon, your vile foe,
forewarn the people of his dark intent
to drag them to hell,  his tragic descent.
And then save them, by God, let humanity grow!

Please, protect your children, your creation.
Put faith in them; free them from damnation.

This new stanza formation is a great improvement over your first draft. Good work.
